Original owner and operator, Art Silver proudly tells us about Quack's giant éclair and award winning tiramisu. This once-tiny coffee house on the drag took their 15 years of experience and expanded to add a bakery in 1998, drawing talent from local bakers like Cynthia McKinney, Head Baker at Quack's. Using only premium ingredients and producing a mouth-watering key lime pie, this community friendly establishment claims to “have no big secrets.” They are willing to share their recipes, and Silver smiles as he tells us, “The tiramisu is a challenge, and hey, we're happy to give you the recipe if you're brave enough to try to make it.”
